The IF is part of the Teknon medical center (www.teknon.es) and has medical and technical staff in Photonics Medicine, Photobiology and Biomedical Engineering. IF masters most of the high-tech light sources, especially, the laser. The IF stands as a meeting point for professionals from all specialties to access these advanced equipment used for diagnosis and treatment of both medical and surgical problems.

Objectives of the workshop:

– The event is oriented to roundtable discussions on 4 collaboration topics that IF staff will present from the point of view of end users of advanced photonic tools in medicine and is willing to collaborate in developing new innovative products;
–  Presentation of the OASIS project, services to SMEs and networking.
