Today, March 19th, European Commission has presented the first group of Startup Europe Ambassadors during the Startup Europe Campfire event in Paris. SECPhO joins this group as one of ambassadors for Spain. Our main aim will be to provide up-to-date information and advice to Spanish startups on the EC Startup Europe initiative.

The ambassadors will also promote startups in their growth phase by facilitating access to the opportunities offered at European level, connecting the local ecosystem with ecosystems of other startups throughout Europe.

This initiative has become a key reference in the field of European startups by directly supporting around 60 local ecosystems and more than 750 startups, with the aim of growing beyond borders. It promotes entrepreneurship and development of startups, as well as connects startups, investors, accelerators, corporations, universities and media channels, through a series of initiatives and grassroots networks.
