On 26th of June SECPhO held a meeting with LITEK (Lithuanian Laser & Engineering Technologies cluster) from Lithuania.  During the meeting SECPhO international project manager Vaclovas Radvilas and LITEK manager Julius Pauzolis exchanged best practices and experience in cluster activities and internationalisation besides discussing possible future collaborations. Moreover, SECPhO and LITEK signed the collaboration agreement which gives a beginning to a fruitfull cooperation in the near future.

LITEK started a dozen years ago, when the laser system manufacturers in collaboration with the scientific institutions began to create unique products. Today LITEK – the structure that connects twelve companies and organizations operating in the laser and associated engineering technologies carrying out joint projects. Currently, members of LITEK are JSC Arginta, JSC Arginta Engineering, JSC Eksma, Elas, Ltd, JSC Ekspla, Public entity Science and Technology Park of Institute of Physics (Cluster Coordinator), Center for Physical Sciences and Technology, Public entity Intechcentras, JSC Optida, JSC Optolita, JSC Optonas, JSC Progressive Business Solutions.
